Psds are exposed to high piston effect (especially in full-size/closed psd systems) which increases faults of the system. However, effective preventive maintenance methods we created from our own-site experience provides us the opportunity to keep the equipment failure levels at minimum. By ensuring the existence of a mutual understanding between the staff of operating company and our team, we ensure that the PSD

runs smoothly and operates with maximum efficiency and availability.

While the subway is under operation, we ensure high coordination with the main units such as the train control center and Scada team. We ensure that possible problems are detected and resolved as quickly as possible. We follow up the controls and deficiencies of all psd units and ensure that the system architecture is correctly perceived by the operating company staff.

In the M5 subway, where we are currently working, all of the psd related items have been removed in the temporary admission deficiencies created by the demands of the operating institution, the administration and the consultant.

In the statistics data here, only 40 of the total temporary acceptance deficit item, which was created over 10.000 items related to electromechanics, was linked to PSD, all of these 40 items are eliminated by Miralis and PSD System is the only deficiency free electromechanical system on M5 Subway in Istanbul.
